The product is tipped onto the conveyor for inspection and metal detection prior to grinding.

The minced product is pumped into V16 Vertical Plate Freezers for efficient freezing.

The process

Step 1

The minced product is transported through a Rotary Tank and a Mincer to ensure a uniform product. The mince is then transferred to a chilled mixer to obtain a specific product block blend type.
Step 2

Once complete, the mince is pumped to one of the four chilled holding tanks. Each holding tank has the capacity of one freezer to fill each freezer completely and make the freezing process as efficient as possible.
Step 3

Once the blocks are discharged from the freezer, the palletizing robot quickly palletizes the naked frozen blocks and the pallet moves to the end of the freezing section, ready for further transportation using a forklift.

The V16 Freezer is available in many different block sizes and stations according to individual needs.

The V16 Freezer system is fully automatic which ensures no manual heavy lifting or risk of dropping the frozen blocks. Also, the system is highly suitable for automatic bag infeed and palletizing.
