Products are stored and sorted in hotel. Once a full pallet of products is stored, the product continue to the palletizing section.

Two separate lines

The first line is a processing line with scraping tables as well as a batching and packing line.

The products are packed in freezing pans before continuing to the Automatic Horizontal Plate Freezer. The frozen blocks are then stored in the Cold Storage Hotel in up to four different sortings.

Each sorting is palletized separately in the Palletizing Machine with Integrated Stretch Wrapper making the completed pallets ready for further transportation.

The second line is an efficient and high-capacity freezing line for mince, offal products etc.

The four V16 Vertical Plate Freezers ensure reliable and uniform freezing and with the automatic discharge solution, the need for manual handling of the frozen blocks is eliminated.

In the palletizing section, the robot can either send the frozen blocks to the Automatic Palletizing Machine or palletize directly onto a pallet at the separate stretch wrapping station to allow for multiple packing options.

Automatic and gentle handling of frozen blocks. V16 Freezer in combination with unique and patented Automatic Unloading System for easy handling of frozen blocks. The freezer system ensures automatic and simple unloading and is available for both sea and land installations.

The V16 Freezer is available in many different block sizes and stations according to individual needs.

The V16 Freezer system is fully automatic which ensures no manual heavy lifting or risk of dropping the frozen blocks. Also, the system is highly suitable for automatic bag infeed and palletizing.

How does an automatic plate freezer work?

An automatic plate freezer operates with a meticulously designed mechanism that features aluminium seawater-resistant plates and a stainless steel construction. These plates, maintained at a uniformly low temperature, ensure quick and even freezing when food products are placed between them.
