The Canadian-owned vessel, Newfoundland Victor, has recently undergone a rebuild and received maintenance service to ensure optimal processing flow and extend the lifespan of the equipment.

The vessel operates a complete onboard shrimp factory line, including equipment such as a Bycatch Separator, Style Grader, Connie 1200 Shrimp Cooker, IQF Freezers, and packing and palletizing equipment.

A new shrimp weighing system

Onboard Newfoundland Victor, a new weighing system has been added to the existing processing line to ensure efficient and accurate weighing of the shrimps. The new weighing system includes a reversible conveyor, which ensures a continuous and efficient weigh-out flow with the possibility of having two weigh-outs and only one conveyor.
