In this packing and freezing line, the whole fish are neatly packed into 12,5 kg freezing pans before continuing to the high-capacity Automatic Horizontal Plate Freezer.

The double contact plate freezing method ensures swift freezing of the product to preserve
freshness.

By automating the freezing process, the manual handling is significantly reduced as the freezer infeed and outfeed are handled automatically.

Following the freezing process, the frozen products are packed into master boxes, strapped, check-weighed and ready for further handling.
