Conveyor with scale: The integrated scale conveyor ensures precise measurement of product weight, ideal for quality control
Applicators: The machine can be equipped with applicators for applying labels either from the top or the sides – a feature that can be adapted as needed
Label scanner (add-on): An efficient scanner reads the labels, enabling traceability and data recording of each product

Efficient and Precise Weight Control

The checkweigher operates automatically and efficiently to ensure each product meets weight requirements. Its key functions are:

Product feeding and positioning: When a product is transported onto the scale, a signal is activated to prevent further product feeding. The product is precisely placed on the weighing platform via an optical distance reader.
Weighing: The weighing is performed automatically, and a signal is sent to the control system when the weighing is complete.
Return to starting position: After weighing, the conveyor returns the product to the starting position, ready for further processing.
Timeout and error indicator: If the process is not completed correctly, a warning light is activated, and the operator is notified that action is required.
