Brine Freezing Bin for Crabs

The Carsoe Brine Freezing Bin is engineered to deliver fast, uniform freezing of crab while minimizing handling and ensuring maximum product quality.

 

A full rack of crabs is lowered into the insulated chamber, which is filled with a precisely mixed brine solution until the product is fully covered.


Within approximately 20 minutes, the brine penetrates the product evenly, securing a consistent freeze across every batch. When the freezing cycle is complete, the operator is notified by a clear light indicator.

Accurate Freezing of Crab in Brine

With automated temperature and water level control, the system ensures stable freezing conditions and protects against low water levels. An adjustable overflow plate provides precise control of liquid levels, while a woven wire mesh filter protects the outlet by allowing only water to exit the machine.

 

The operator panel includes start/stop functionality that can signal third-party equipment, ensuring smooth line integration. Machine status is clearly displayed through an integrated light indicator.
