Getting a test sample from a batch cooker in operation can be tricky. But the process of documenting that the shrimp have been cooked properly at the correct temperature is important.

 

To ensure a safe and easy extraction of a sample, Carsoe has designed a unique sampling kit. With this kit, the operator can quickly and safely take samples directly from the batch cooker without compromising product safety.

  • Sampling tray for hygienic and safe handling of samples
  • Electrical safety device that forces the empty basket to stop during sampling
  • Mounting brackets for simple and robust installation

 

The kit is delivered without installation. We estimate that a mechanical technician can complete the installation in one day.

Digital logging of core temperatures

Combine your sampling kit with the Insights Temperature Logging System. This is an add-on module for the Process Dashboard for sampling and logging of temperatures of the product. 

 

The purpose of this system is to support automatic and traceable core temperature logging in food production. 

 

Each scanned measurement is linked to a location in production via a QR code and automatically transmitted to the Insights platform for use in quality reporting.
