Carsoe welcomes new CEO

Change starts at the top, and we are excited to welcome Søren Klyvø as the new CEO of Carsoe Group. With extensive experience in industrial companies, he is ready to lead this transition: “Carsoe is a strong player within seafood processing, and I look forward to building on this position and driving growth in new and existing markets,” Søren Klyvø states.

Seafood processing at the core

In 2026 and beyond, the goal is to build on Carsoe’s strong foundation in onboard processing and expand our service and rebuild offerings with solutions that support customers worldwide.

Meanwhile, demand for experienced partners in land-based processing facilities is rising, and to Søren Klyvø this area is one of several market opportunities for which Carsoe is already well positioned: “With extensive experience in onboard processing solutions, it is a natural step for us to explore new opportunities within the land-based industry. Our equipment has been thoroughly tested at sea, and this reliability is crucial in land-based operations.”

Carsoe has already made significant progress with several seafood factories installed, for instance along the Canadian shoreline, and aims to continue this momentum.
