Single Column Lift HKV 500

Carsoe’s HKV 500 is designed for emptying 500 l tanks or vats. It also comes with a fork device that we have tailored to your production needs.

 

The lift can easily be customized to your production or requirements.

 

All loaders are completely made of stainless steel with a glass-blasted surface, ensuring easy cleaning. As a standard all our lifts are equipped with a solid nickel-plated chain.

Hygiene and safety


Hygienic design

 

The hygienic design of Carsoe’s single column lift is characterized by its closed column construction which protects the chain against dirt. The front cover can easily be removed which makes regular maintenance easy and convenient, and at the same time secures a longer lifetime of the machine.


Safety measures

 

The user’s safety is our biggest priority. Therefore, all our lifts are equipped with an anti-fall security system, guaranteeing that the fork gets locked in the column in case the chain is breaking. Additional precautions have been added by limiting the lifting speed to maximum 5 meters/min. In order to return the bin to the floor the user is required to activate the corresponding function button.

The column lift HKV500 is designed for containers with a maximum capacity of up to 500 kg.

 

The tipping height can be adjusted +/- 130 mm with either straight or sidewards tipping.
