All-in-One Machine
Our All-in-One Machine is a machine for handling and packing of frozen blocks.
The machine offers a unique combination of a block knockout, box folder and block-in-box function, all in the same machine.
The All-in-One Machine can handle many different block sizes and has a capacity of 6 blocks per minute.
It is avaibale with many optional features such as loading of extra box buffer magazine while machine is operating, strapping applicator or integrated gluing, label applicator system and semi-automatic block knockout.

Automatic handling and packaging
The All-in-One Machine pushes frozen blocks out of a steel tray. The now empty steel tray is then pushed to the side.
When constructing our All-in-One Machine, we focus on creating a strong and sturdy machinery that can work well under the heavy workload it handles every day.
This has resulted in the All-in-One Machine consisting of few parts in an open and simple construction, with good adjustment possibilities in the places where it is otherwise difficult to weld precisely enough.
