To bring ourselves even closer to our customers, we are right now in the process of bringing our new after sales service in Greenland into effect. In practice, this means our customers save costly time when requiring our assistance in the North Atlantic area.

How to book a service technician

If you are near either Sisimiut or Nuuk from mid-November 2022 and need a service check, we are ready to board your vessel or visit your land-based seafood factory. Our service technician will be present at the harbors and ready to inspect your seafood equipment. Also, you may contact us beforehand to book either a review when arriving at port or a longer inspection at sea with a service technician onboard.

In the After Sales Department our experienced team of service and spare parts experts are your guarantee of a quick and uncomplicated handling of any kind of inquiries that you may have about seafood processing equipment.

The department is a three-part unit, but where cross-functional work is still carried out as the division covers everything within the overlapping areas of rebuilds, maintenance, and spare parts.

Rebuilds, maintenance, and spare parts

Within rebuilds, we offer detailed plan and cost-benefit analysis, comprehensive rebuilding and refurbishment, and experienced counselling from After Sales Rebuild team.

To ensure optimal performance, we offer maintenance agreements covering ongoing inspection of your seafood processing equipment. With regular maintenance, you may prevent production stop, minimize downtime, and ensure high productivity.

Regarding spare parts, we have upscaled significantly enabling us to ship most spare parts within 24 hours. Our large stock provides you with the opportunity to choose from various spare part packages, including standard recommended, individual, and customized spare part packages.
