Box Forming Machine CS 1821
The Carsoe box forming machine type CS 1821 is designed to form part of an automatic processing line, delivering the boxes to the filling machine. Our box forming machine is equipped with an integrated magazine for sheets, and forms and welds retail boxes from plastic coated flat sheets.
The flat sheets are fed to a 1000-piece magazine and conveyed to the forming unit by means of a pneumatic system. They are formed by a piston and welded by means of hot air jets – all in one process.
Capacity
Maximum: 25 boxes/minute (1 kg). The machine is supplied with tools for 1 kg boxes. Tools for various box sizes are available as optional extras.
The forming machine can handle boxes from 200 to 1000 grams. For your convenience, the forming tools are easy to change.
The open design in stainless steel and FDA-approved materials make service and refill of flat sheets trouble-free.
