The CS 1812 closing machine for boxes is a small, compact machine for closing and gluing of 1 kg cartons for onboard Japan? shrimp.
Our box closing machine is supplied with hotmelt glue equipment and PLC control, offering the possibility of ascertaining the exact number of closed boxes.
Capacity and process
Capacity:
Approx. 20-30 boxes/minute (depending on feeding).
Process:
The boxes are guided automatically past the glue nozzles adding hotmelt glue to three sides. They are then folded and kept in place during the hardening process. After the hardening process, the completed box is ejected from the box closing machine.
