Batch cooker model 4010 is a manual batch cooker for shrimp, lobster or crab. The batch cooker is especially suitable for smaller fishing vessels as well as production plants ashore.

 

The batch cooker is available with oil heating.

 

The cooker has a minimum capacity of 200-250 kg/hour or 20 kg/batch. It is available with manual or auto emptying.
