Polar Princess factory trawler
The Polar Princess undertook a complete lengthening and overhaul of the vessel including the installation of a complete processing deck from Carsoe.
The factory deck is setup up with two combined lines.
One line for pelagic fish equipped with RSW station, roller grader and a vertical freezing line.
The second line is a complete groundfish factory with four heading machines, three grading lines, and both horizontal and vertical freezers.
Both lines end at the automatic packing and palletizing line, where onboard elevators automatically transport the completed pallets to the cargo hold.
