North Star is an american fishing vessel operating in the Bering Sea.
The vessel is equipped with a complete, high-quality processing plant designed for heavy-duty use.
North Star is a at-sea 'catcher-processors. They catch groundfish which is then sorted by species, before proceeding to heading and gutting.
The fish is packed into pans and frozen in the onboard automatic horizontal plate freezers.
The frozen products are the bagged, palletized and is stored on board in the freezer hold
