Onboard the Danish fresh fish vessel Nanna Cecilie is a processing line which takes the fresh catch from water to ice in only 1 hour.
The following machines are included onboard the vessel:
KM Mark 7 Fish Gutting Machine
The fish factory onboard Nanna Cecilie is equipped with the KM Mark 7 Fish Gutting Machine, automating the on-board fish gutting process. With a capacity of up to 60 fish per minute, the KM Mark 7 surpasses the efficiency of manual gutting, equivalent to the work of five operators. The quick and high-quality gutting process preserves the sheen on the fish, positively influencing both auction prices and fish quality.
The KM Mark 7 guarantees high-quality and high-capacity gutting, all within a space-saving design.
Bin With Movable Bottom
Using a Bin With Movable Bottom will ensure an easy access to as well as handling of the sorted fresh fish, before they enter the cleaning process. The bin is customized to individual needs.
When filled with water, the bin prevents fish from getting marks during the loading process and ensures a further soaking of the fish before the cleaning process. The conveyor belt ascends gradually, allowing the crew easy access to fish as they progress with the cleaning operation.
After use, the movable bottom is easily removed for hygienic and effective cleaning of the bin.
