MTR. Sajoni - Shrimp and Fish Processing Line
The delivery to MTR. Sajoni includes equipment for onboard shrimp processing line that is combined with a smaller fish line.
Included in the shrimp factory is a Bycatch Separator, that separates smalle fish from shrimp in both a simple and very effective way, Shrimp Grader RS 24, Connie 800 Shrimp Cooker, conveyors for cooling down of shrimp before packing and storage. The factory also entails equipment for handling, packing and storage of fresh shrimp together with equipment for a smaller fish line for handling of bycatch.
