Hygienic design
The hygienic design of Carsoe’s single column lift is characterized by its closed column construction which protects the chain against dirt. The front cover can easily be removed which makes regular maintenance easy and convenient, and at the same time secures a longer lifetime of the machine.
Safety measures
The user’s safety is our biggest priority. Therefore, all our lifts are equipped with an anti-fall security system, guaranteeing that the fork gets locked in the column in case the chain is breaking. Additional precautions have been added by limiting the lifting speed to maximum 5 meters/min. In order to return the bin to the floor the user is required to activate the corresponding function button.
Column lift specifications
The HKV 300 is designed for 200/300 l Euro bins with a maximum capacity of up to 350 kg.
The lift design allows the lifter to be placed close to walls. The tipping height can be individually adjusted by 4 steps of 120 mm, and it can be designed with either straight or sideways tipping.
