Pacific Reef Fisheries

The project for Pacific Reef Fisheries covers a shrimp sorting line where equipment has been supplied over three periods. In total, the delivery includes the following equipment: 

• Shrimp sorting line with shrimp washer, sorting conveyor for inspection, KM 1130 Shrimp Grading Machine, and a water recycling system that guarantees a great reduction in water consumption.
  
  
• Shrimp cooking line with KM 340 Shrimp Cooker, an automatic cooker with 3 separately controlled and divided cooking baskets. The line has a capacity of 3,000 kg per hour with 3 different cooking times.

Pacific Reef Fisheries is land-based aquaculture business and one of the largest suppliers of sustainably farmed black tiger prawns in Australia.
