For many years, all prawns were cooked manually. As the farm expanded its ponds and increased production volumes, this approach became increasingly difficult to maintain. The challenge was to increase throughput while preserving product quality and reducing manual handling.

Together with Australian Prawn Farm, we developed a fully automated and continuous processing solution. Conveyors, shrimp graders and automated shrimp cooking were integrated into the line, creating a smoother and more predictable production flow. Today, only the initial product inspection is carried out manually, while the rest of the process runs automatically. This reduces the number of operators required to run the factory and allows the team to focus on quality control and production oversight.
