Naapurin Maalaiskana wanted to replace two older deboning machines with a single high-capacity chicken leg deboning line. The goal was to improve yield, reduce labor requirements and simplify the flow between cut-up, deboning and packing.

Connecting New Equipment to Existing Production Areas

We supplied trimming stations, waste handling systems, lifting equipment, platforms and conveyor systems while adapting the existing factory to support the new machine.

We also integrated the line with surrounding production areas and existing material flow routes to create a balanced process.
