Increasing Capacity Within an Existing Poultry Factory

Kronfågel wanted to increase production capacity while making use of the existing factory footprint. New equipment had to be integrated into existing production lines while maintaining safe and efficient operation.

Optimizing Factory Layout and Material Flow

We redesigned key areas of the facility and connected weighing systems, glazing equipment, packaging machines and freezers into the existing setup. Together with the customer, we optimised material flow and made better use of available production space.
