Moving and Expanding a Poultry Processing Line

Danpo Aars needed to move an existing poultry processing line while simultaneously installing a new production line. The challenge was to adapt existing equipment, create a new layout and maintain a smooth production flow across multiple processing stages. 

Integrating Poultry Equipment into One Production Flow

We worked closely with the customer to review the complete production setup and plan the relocation in detail.

Existing trimming stations and conveyor systems were modified to fit the new layout, while new lifting equipment, buffer tanks, platforms and trimming stations were integrated into the process. Throughout the project, we focused on how each piece of equipment would work together in daily operation.
