Candling tables for fillet inspection

Well-designed candling tables ensure efficient and ergonomic inspection of fillets, including fillet spinners and blowers.

The Carsoe candling tables are equipped with a blower that cleans water of the fillets. The fillet spinners ensure uniform and effective inspections of fillets for parasites and faulty fillets on the candling table.

The Carsoe candling line is designed with ergonomic operator positions with chutes and collections baskets within reach.
